We had a florist company that canceled on us three days before my mother’s Celebration of Life. We called Nelson’s Flower Shop in Plattsburgh, NY and they not only filled this large order the flowers were amazing. The roses were huge. The quality was beyond anything we expected. We're coming from Albany to Plattsburgh for my daughter's graduation from SUNY Plattsburgh nursing school. I forgot all about ordering flowers. Because there's two ceremonies, a pinning and graduation, the woman really helped me get two smaller bouquets at a price range. I was comfortable with, and it included her favorite color roses. I haven't seen them yet as I will pick them up tomorrow and Friday, but for last minute ordering She was wonderful.
She listened to what I had in mind. She listened to my price range. Made some recommendations. Thank you very much for saving the day.
